Cool things you can't have in Poland

This really sucks, but Poland is far, far behind regarding online media. Here's a short list of things you can't do.
  • Purchase music from iTunes store
  • Purchase music from Amazon MP3 store
  • Listen to Pandora
  • Watch movies on Netflix
  • Use Google Navigation
  • Buy Android apps from Market
  • Watch TV shows on abc.com and the like
  • Purchase Nexus One from Google
  • Download some of the free apps from Android Market (Last.fm, Movies by Flixster)
Some of these limitations can be worked around, but this involves stuff like rooting your phone (which may void warranty) or using VPNs/proxies in other countries. The sad thing is you actually have to use workarounds just to be able to PAY for stuff. I say that's crazy.

Is there a way to legally purchase music online in Poland? And I'm not talking about indie or underground stuff, I want mainstream music. I know that things like mp3sparks.com exist, but they are legally questionable.
